Halothane is sold by SFOLN LLC as a one-time digital purchase. We want you to be happy with it.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Halothane isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no need to justify it. Because Halothane is downloadable software, we simply ask that you stop using it and remove it from your Mac after a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@halothane.app from the address you used at checkout, or include your order/license details (your license key begins with HALO-). We typically respond within two business days.

How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Any applicable taxes collected at checkout are refunded as well.
